| Song Chuan Relais - Now also at Intertec Components |
Freising, 1 2th of July 2008 - As the largest distributor of relays, Intertec Components has been marketing the Asian manufacturer Song Chuan for some time.
Price increases for all leading relay manufacturers during 2007 and 2008 led Intertec Components to search for a more cost-effective alternative of comparable quality. Song Chuan relays represent an excellent alternative, particularly when compared with those of fellow Asian competitor Hongfa.
Song Chuan is the world’s forth largest relay manufacturer. Established in 1974 in Taiwan, the company specializes in the development and manufacture of electromagnetic relays. The company’s product portfolio covers the entire spectrum of relays for general purpose, automotive and industrial applications.
Up to now, the majority of relay sales in Germany were handled directly through the manufacturer’s subsidiaries.
A limited number of sales partners meant that Song Chuan was able to keep relay prices artificially high. Intertec Components successfully used its global dealer network to acquire Song Chuan relays at favorable prices thus allowing the distributor to offer customers significant price differences.

| Flat Panasonic PA single inline relay |
Freising, 25th of February 2008 - With the PA relays of Panasonic Intertec Components offers a single inlin e relay, which measures 5 mm only in breadth. Fitted with one open contact the relay may be used flexibly for switching capacities from 100 µA/ 100 m VDC to 3 A/ 250 VAC. Its operating performance is between 120 to 180 mW. The PA relay is in pin with the Photo MOS relays of the series AQZ offered by Panasonic Electric Works.

| DE relay with high switching capacity of Panasonic |
Freising, 21th of February 2008 - Measuring 25 x 12 x 12,5 mm the  performance relays of the DE series of Panasonic offer a switching capacity of 480 W/4000VA. Switching currents from 8 to 16 A and switching voltage of 440 VAC are permissible. The DE relays are available in mono-stable as well as in a one-way or two-way bi-stable version with one open contact, one switchover contact or two open contacts. The creepage path and air gap is 8 mm, the proof voltage between contact and coil 5000 Veff.
This relay is used in particular in bus systems to switch lamp fields, halogen emitters, roller shutter motors, electrical aggregates or alarm triggers. However, it also meets all VDE requirements and thus is also well suitable for the use in household appliances, temperature controllers, office machinery, devices of the entertainment electronics, etc.

| Bi-stable JE7 relay of Hongfa with low coil power loss |
Freising, 19th of February 2008 - For switching loads of 10A/250 VAC Intertec Components has in cluded the cost-efficient and compact relay of the JE7 series of Hongfa into the distribution range. The mono-stable version of the relay measuring 20 x 15 x 10 mm requires a coil power of 200mW. The relay, which is used in particular in building technology, is optionally also available in a bi-stable version with 1 or 2 coils. Relays with 1 open contact, 2 open contacts or 1 open contact/1 closed contact are available. The contacts are free of cadmium and upon request gold contacts are available for the RoHS-conform relays.

| AQH semi-conductor relay of Panasonic in the 8-pin casing |
Freising, 19th of February 2008 - For switching loads of 230 VAC Intertec Components has include d the compact semi-conductor relay series AQH of Panasonic in the 8-pin DIP/SMD casing into the distribution range. With peak blocking voltages of 600V the cost-efficient AQH relays are available either with or without zero-cross switching (Zero Cross Switching). For applications requiring the increased distance of the pins a wide terminal version with 10.16 mm pin distance may be supplied instead of the version with 7.62 mm pin distance.
The various designs with a typical drive current of 5mA only are available for continuous load currents of 0.3, 0.6, 0.9 and 1.2 A (without cooling element). Thereby, up to the ambient temperature of +40°C the maximum load currents are not subject to any derating.
This powerful relay is used in particular in heating elements, such as e.g. in printers, air conditioning systems or washing machines.
